QuadGuard Elite M10
The QuadGuard Elite M10 offers all the same benefits as the regular Elite but with the extra safety of MASH Test Level 2 and Test Level 3 Compliancy. The QuadGuard Elite M10 utilizes many of the same components of the classic QuadGuard but features High Density Polyethylene Plastic (HDPE) cylinders that are placed in all bays. Choose four bay configurations for MASH TL-2, and eight bay configurations for MASH TL-3. After a typical design impact, the system is 99-100% reusable resulting in low maintenance costs.
QuadGuard II
The QuadGuard® II consists of an engineered steel nose and crushable, energy absorbing cartridges surrounded by a framework of steel Quad-Beam panels. The system is NCHRP 350 Test Level 2 and Test Level 3 compliant as a redirective, non-gating crash cushion. The TL-2 QuadGuard II is 25% shorter than the original QuadGuard measuring less than 10’ (3 m) and the TL-3 model is 3’ (1 m) shorter than its predecessor.
QuadGuard
The original QuadGuard features a classic design that typically has six bays containing replaceable, crushable cartridges surrounded by a framework of steel Quad-Beam ® Panels. The system meets NCHRP TL1-TL3 requirements as a redirective, non-gating crash cushion that shields hazards and acts as a cushion upon vehicular collision.
Energite
The Energite III system is a non-redirective crash cushion consisting of a number of sand filled polyethylene plastic barrels. Energite III modules consist of a one-piece barrel, lid and optional cone insert, making the Energite III easy to install. The system is designed to be stackable and therefore easy to store and deploy. Optimal effectiveness is conducive to the modules being arranged in a geometric pattern.
Quest
The QUEST is a simple re-directive, non-gating crash cushion that meets NCHRP 350, Test Level 2 and 3. Due to its light weight, short length and minimal number of anchors, the QUEST System is designed for field repair or rapid replacement of the entire unit. The Quest System consists of a series of W-beam fender panels supported by diaphragms with an innovative integrated trigger mechanism at the nose that releases a “front assembly” during impacts to absorb the energy of impact.
REACT 350
The React 350 is a re-directive, non-gating crash cushion available in widths ranging from 36” to 120”. Upon impact, the cylinders compress to absorb the impacting vehicle and each cylinder typically regains up to 90% of the original shape after collision without maintenance or repair of major components. The cylinders made of HDPE plastic result in a low life cycle cost in comparison to disposable systems.
TRACC
The TRACC™ is a NCHRP Report 350 Test-Level 2 and 3 compliant crash cushion. Made out of galvanized steel and measuring 21′ – 3″ in length, the open design of this crash cushion facilitates easy installation, inspection, and repair. The TRACC™ is shipped fully assembled to save installation time (can be shipped unassembled upon request). This cushion can be installed on a new or existing concrete or asphalt pad.
